About Women N Media International (WNMI)

Women N Media International (WNMI) is a dynamic and influential global organization dedicated to empowering women through media, advocacy, and leadership. Our mission is to create positive social change by giving women a stronger voice in public discourse, advocating for gender equality, and promoting the responsible portrayal of women in all forms of media.

Founded by Dr. Princess Lilian Chinyere Ayodele Williams, WNMI seeks to bridge the gender gap in media and leadership, helping women navigate the complexities of media engagement and amplifying their voices on critical issues that affect their lives, families, and communities.

Our Vision

Our vision is to build a world where women from all backgrounds have the opportunity to participate fully in the media and leadership spheres. Through collaboration, advocacy, and innovation, we aim to reshape societal narratives, promote social justice, and foster an environment that celebrates and uplifts women’s contributions to media, governance, and community development.

Our Mission

At Women N Media International, our mission is clear: to empower women through education, media engagement, and leadership opportunities, while raising awareness about gender inequalities and advocating for social justice. We focus on creating platforms where women can develop their professional skills, lead with confidence, and become change-makers in society.
